IK Sirius FK was one of 427 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2018. They participated with 5 teams in Boys 12, Boys 16, SEF Trophy and Gothia Trophy (B17) respectively. The team in Gothia Trophy (B17) made it to the the 1/8 Final in Play off A, but lost it against Audax by 0-1.
In addition to this, IK Sirius FK have participated in Gothia Cup before. During Gothia Cup 2017, Sirius FK had 6 teams playing in Boys 14, Boys 15, Boys 16 and Boys 15 Swe respectively. Two teams played until Semi final in Play off B; Boys 15 lost against Gerdskens BK by 1-5 and Boys 15 Swe lost against Örebro SK by 0-2.
