Piteå IF was one of 427 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2018. They participated with 5 teams in Boys 15, Girls 14 and Girls 15 respectively. The team in Girls 14 made it to the the 1/16 Final in Play off A, but lost it against IF Brommapojkarna by 0-4.
