Precor FC Dubai

Precor FC Dubai was one of five clubs from United Arab Emirates that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2017. They participated with one team in Boys 18. In addition to Precor FC Dubai, 130 other teams from 27 different countries played in Boys 18. They were divided into 31 different groups, whereof Precor FC Dubai could be found in Group 23 together with Oppsal IF 1, Karlslunds IF HFK and SG Findorff 2. Precor FC Dubai continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 23. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Lillestrøm SK with 1-5. In the Final, Project Playground FC won over FK Lillehammer and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 18. Precor FC Dubai comes from Dubai which lies approximately 5000 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Dubai does also provide three additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2017 (Sport 4 All, Fins FC and Go-Pro Sports).
