Inter Monterrey

Inter Monterrey was one of 11 clubs from Mexico that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2017. They participated with one team in Boys 12. In addition to Inter Monterrey, 173 other teams from 37 different countries played in Boys 12. They were divided into 42 different groups, whereof Inter Monterrey could be found in Group 5 together with IK Oddevold 1, USCH and Saltsjöbadens IF Blå. Inter Monterrey continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against SC Nienstedten with 3-5. In the Final, Lizzy Football Club won over SC Nienstedten and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 12.
