Pequeninos do Jockey

Pequeninos do Jockey was one of 17 clubs from Brazil that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2017. They participated with one team in Boys 14. In addition to Pequeninos do Jockey, 215 other teams from 33 different countries played in Boys 14. They were divided into 53 different groups, whereof Pequeninos do Jockey could be found in Group 4 together with SKF Canada, Upsala IF 2 and Gimonäs Umeå IF. Pequeninos do Jockey made it to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 4. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against Lizzy Football Club, which they won with 2-0. Thereby Pequeninos do Jockey won the entire Play off A in Boys 14 during Gothia Cup 2017. Pequeninos do Jockey comes from Sao Paulo which lies approximately 11000 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Sao Paulo does also provide 14 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2017 (Among others: Monte Libano, Pinheiros, E.C., Esporte Uniao, Sampa Futebol, InterClubes, Euro Sports Brasil, Ordin FC, Clube Campo Belo, Hipica Campinas and BrazasPHX/Campo Belo).
