Team Viborg

Team Viborg was one of 8 clubs from Denmark that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2017. They participated with one team in Gothia Tipselit Trophy (G17). In addition to Team Viborg, 15 other teams from 6 different countries played in Gothia Tipselit Trophy (G17). They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Team Viborg could be found in Group 3 together with Right to Dream, Djurgårdens IF and IF Limhamn/Bunkeflo. Team Viborg continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Umeå IK FF with 1-4. In the Final, Right to Dream won over Umeå IK FF and became the winner of Play off B in Gothia Tipselit Trophy (G17). Team Viborg comes from Viborg which lies approximately 210 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place.
