IF Limhamn/Bunkeflo

IF Limhamn/Bunkeflo was one of 421 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2017. They participated with one team in Gothia Tipselit Trophy (G17). In addition to IF Limhamn/Bunkeflo, 15 other teams from 7 different countries played in Gothia Tipselit Trophy (G17). They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof IF Limhamn/Bunkeflo could be found in Group 3 together with Right to Dream, Djurgårdens IF and Team Viborg. IF Limhamn/Bunkeflo made it to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 3. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against NorCal PDP with 0-3. Thereby IF Limhamn/Bunkeflo finished second in G17E Play off A during Gothia Cup 2017. Limhamn/Bunkeflo comes from Malmö which lies approximately 250 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Malmö does also provide 36 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2017 (Among others: Södra Sandby IF, BK Flagg, Lunds SK, IF Lödde, Furulunds IK, Torna Hällestad IF, Ödåkra IF, IFK Klagshamn, FC Bellevue and BK Höllviken).
