In addition to Volsungur, 77 other teams from 16 different countries played in Girls 16. They were divided into 18 different groups, whereof Volsungur could be found in Group 13 together with Storfors AIK, Match Fit Academy and FK Karlskrona. Volsungur continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 13. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Lambertseter IF with 3-5. In the Final, Borgeby FK won over Gasteizko Neskak and became the winner of Play off A in Girls 16.
