NorCal PDP was one of 50 clubs from USA that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2017. They participated with one team in Gothia Tipselit Trophy (G17). In addition to NorCal PDP, 15 other teams from 7 different countries played in Gothia Tipselit Trophy (G17). They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof NorCal PDP could be found in Group 4 together with Linköpings FC, Växjö DFF and Holmalunds IF. NorCal PDP made it to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 4. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against IF Limhamn/Bunkeflo, which they won with 3-0. Thereby NorCal PDP won the entire Play off A in Gothia Tipselit Trophy (G17) during Gothia Cup 2017. NorCal PDP comes from Northern California which lies approximately 8300 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place.
