Las Vegas Sports Academy

Las Vegas Sports Academy was one of 50 clubs from USA that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2017. They participated with one team in Gothia Tipselit Trophy (B17). In addition to Las Vegas Sports Academy, 36 other teams from 13 different countries played in Gothia Tipselit Trophy (B17). They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Las Vegas Sports Academy could be found in Group 2 together with Kalmar FF, Djurgårdens IF and Right to Dream. Las Vegas Sports Academy continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Jönköpings Södra IF with 1-2. In the Final, Djurgårdens IF won over Jönköpings Södra IF and became the winner of Play off B in Gothia Tipselit Trophy (B17). Las Vegas Sports Academy comes from Las Vegas which lies approximately 8500 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place.
