Hyllie IK

Hyllie IK was one of 421 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2017. They participated with one team in Girls 15. In addition to Hyllie IK, 118 other teams from 11 different countries played in Girls 15. They were divided into 29 different groups, whereof Hyllie IK could be found in Group 28 together with IBFF/SAIK, Onsala BK and Rapid Athene 2. Hyllie IK continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 28. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against KFV Segeberg with 0-3. In the Final, Team Odense Q won over FC Djursholm and became the winner of Play off A in Girls 15. Hyllie comes from Malmö which lies approximately 250 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Malmö does also provide 35 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2017 (Among others: Södra Sandby IF, BK Flagg, Lunds SK, IF Lödde, Furulunds IK, Torna Hällestad IF, IFK Klagshamn, FC Bellevue, BK Höllviken and V. Ingelstad IS).
