Kalmar FF

In addition to Kalmar FF, 36 other teams from 14 different countries played in Gothia Tipselit Trophy (B17). They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Kalmar FF could be found in Group 2 together with Djurgårdens IF, Right to Dream and Las Vegas Sports Academy. Kalmar FF continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Gamba Osaka with 0-3. In the Final, Right to Dream won over TikiTaka Academy and became the winner of Play off A in Gothia Tipselit Trophy (B17). Kalmar FF also participated in Gothia Tipselit Trophy (B17) during Gothia Cup 2016. They reached the final in Play off B, but lost it against IFK Göteborg with 5-6 and ended up in second place.
