Djurgårdens IF

In addition to Djurgårdens IF, 15 other teams from 7 different countries played in Gothia Tipselit Trophy (G17). They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Djurgårdens IF could be found in Group 3 together with Right to Dream, IF Limhamn/Bunkeflo and Team Viborg. Djurgårdens IF continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against NorCal PDP with 1-5. In the Final, NorCal PDP won over IF Limhamn/Bunkeflo and became the winner of Play off A in Gothia Tipselit Trophy (G17). Djurgårdens IF also participated in Gothia Tipselit Trophy (B17) during Gothia Cup 2016. They reached the 1/8 Final in B17E Play off B, but lost it against CCL Soccer Club with 0-1.
