Svalövs BK

Svalövs BK was one of 421 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2017. They participated with one team in Boys 14. In addition to Svalövs BK, 215 other teams from 33 different countries played in Boys 14. They were divided into 53 different groups, whereof Svalövs BK could be found in Group 49 together with Ramblers Soccer Academy, SC Weitmar 45 and Tölö IF. Svalövs BK continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 49. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against IFK Österåker with 6-7. In the Final, Pequeninos do Jockey won over Lizzy Football Club and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 14. Svalövs comes from Svalöv which lies approximately 210 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Svalöv does also provide 35 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2017 (Among others: Södra Sandby IF, BK Flagg, Lunds SK, Trollenäs IF, IF Lödde, Furulunds IK, Torna Hällestad IF, Ödåkra IF, FC Bellevue and Linero IF).
