Special Olympics Finland

Special Olympics Finland was one of 12 clubs from Finland that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2017. They participated with one team in Kim Källström Trophy. In addition to Special Olympics Finland, 30 other teams from 15 different countries played in Kim Källström Trophy. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Special Olympics Finland could be found in Group B together with Idrottsklubben Carlstad, Husqvarna FF, Parasport Denmark and BK Sport. Special Olympics Finland comes from Helsinfors which lies approximately 790 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Helsinfors does also provide three additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2017 (Puotinkylän Valtti, VJS Vantaa and Puotinkylän Valtti/Itä United).
