SC Alstertal-Langenhorn

SC Alstertal-Langenhorn was one of 69 clubs from Germany that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2017. They participated with one team in Girls 13. In addition to SC Alstertal-Langenhorn, 45 other teams from 6 different countries played in Girls 13. They were divided into 11 different groups, whereof SC Alstertal-Langenhorn could be found in Group 7 together with IFK Fjärås, Marin FC 2 and Håbo FF. SC Alstertal-Langenhorn continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 7. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against IFK Göteborg with 0-3. In the Final, KFV Segeberg won over Marin FC 1 and became the winner of Play off A in Girls 13. Alstertal-Langenhorn comes from Hamburg which lies approximately 470 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place.
