Skara FC

Skara FC was one of 421 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2017. They participated with one team in Boys 16. In addition to Skara FC, 179 other teams from 34 different countries played in Boys 16. They were divided into 44 different groups, whereof Skara FC could be found in Group 37 together with Go-Pro Sports, Eds FF and Tsv Eintracht Immenbeck. Skara FC continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 37. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Cap Jeune 31 with 0-3. In the Final, Cap Jeune 31 won over V. Frölunda IF and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 16. Skara FC also participated in Boys 15 during Gothia Cup 2016. They reached the 1/16 Final in B15 Play off A, but lost it against ASIOP Apacinti with 0-3. Skara FC comes from Skara which lies approximately 110 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Skara does also provide 13 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2017 (Among others: Arentorp Helås FK, Sils IF, IFK Skövde FK, Skövde KIK, Falköpings KIK, IFK Tidaholm, Tidaholms GIF, IFK Falköping FF, Skövde AIK and Skultorps IF).
