Fet IL

Fet IL was one of 59 clubs from Norway that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2017. They participated with one team in Boys 15. In addition to Fet IL, 203 other teams from 30 different countries played in Boys 15. They were divided into 50 different groups, whereof Fet IL could be found in Group 37 together with BK Höllviken Black, Go-Pro Sports and Nässjö FF. Fet IL continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 37. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against USC Paloma Hamburg with 0-2. In the Final, Gerdskens BK won over Eskilstuna City FK and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 15. Fet comes from Fetsund which lies approximately 250 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Fetsund does also provide 10 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2017 (Oppsal IF, Nittedal IL, Skjetten Fotball, Lillestrøm SK, Lyn Fotball, Stabæk Fotball, FK Fjellhamar, Vålerenga Fotball, Lørenskog IF and Lambertseter IF).
