In addition to the three Prep School Pumas teams, 171 other teams from 37 different countries played in Boys 12. They were divided into 42 different groups, whereof Prep School Pumas 1 could be found in Group 26 together with IF Brommapojkarna P05 -17, IK Zenith 2 and Hoops. Prep School Pumas 1 continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 26. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Dalkurd FF with 0-8. In the Final, Lizzy Football Club won over SC Nienstedten and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 12. Prep School Pumas also participated in Boys 11 during Gothia Cup 2016. They reached the 1/16 Final in B11 Play off A, but lost it against SC Nienstedten with 2-6.
