Laholms FK

Laholms FK was one of 421 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2017. They participated with one team in Boys 15. In addition to Laholms FK, 203 other teams from 30 different countries played in Boys 15. They were divided into 50 different groups, whereof Laholms FK could be found in Group 8 together with Kungsladugårds BK, Scandia United SA and Pro Direct Soccer Academy. Laholms FK continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 8. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Monte Libano with 3-5. In the Final, Gerdskens BK won over Eskilstuna City FK and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 15. Laholms FK comes from Laholm which lies approximately 150 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Laholm does also provide 9 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2017 (Markaryds IF, Råstorp/Timsfors IF, IS Halmia, Vejby IF, HGH Halmstad, Halmstads BK, Ängelholms FF, Munka-Ljungby IF and BK Astrio).
