They were divided into 42 different groups, whereof Örebro Syrianska IF could be found in Group 32 together with JSSL Singapore 1, Coerver Coaching Tunisie and Dalkurd FF. Örebro Syrianska IF continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 32. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Sollentuna FK with 3-4. In the Final, Footgeneration FA Algarve won over IF Elfsborg and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 12.
