Tusal Youth Club

Tusal Youth Club was the only club from Nepal that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2017. They participated with one team in Boys 16. In addition to Tusal Youth Club, 179 other teams from 33 different countries played in Boys 16. They were divided into 44 different groups, whereof Tusal Youth Club could be found in Group 28 together with Sunnersta AIF, FK Lillehammer 1 and Tidaholms GIF. Tusal Youth Club continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 28. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Etne IL with 5-7. In the Final, Phoenix Football Academy won over IK Zenith and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 16. Tusal Youth comes from Tusal, boudha, Kathamandu which lies approximately 6500 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place.
