In addition to the two Landvetter teams, 60 other teams from 12 different countries played in Girls 18. They were divided into 15 different groups, whereof Landvetter IF 2 could be found in Group 8 together with IFK Tidaholm, CLUB REFORMA and Djurgårdens IF. Landvetter IF 2 continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 8. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Järla IF with 0-3. In the Final, Lyn Fotball won over Eskilsminne IF and became the winner of Play off A in Girls 18.
