Räppe GoIF

Räppe GoIF was one of 421 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2017. They participated with one team in Boys 13. In addition to Räppe GoIF, 137 other teams from 27 different countries played in Boys 13. They were divided into 34 different groups, whereof Räppe GoIF could be found in Group 28 together with Braishfield Bees FC, Runda Youth sports Association (RYSA) and Oppsal IF. Räppe GoIF continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 28. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Niendorfer TSV with 0-8. In the Final, Antiguoko won over Coerver Coaching Tunisie and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 13. Räppe GoIF comes from Växjö which lies approximately 190 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Växjö does also provide five additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2017 (Sandsbro AIK, Växjö DFF, Alvesta GIF, Växjö BK and Gransholms IF).
