They were divided into 11 different groups, whereof Boroughmuir Thistle Football Club 2 could be found in Group 9 together with IF Väster 1, Toronto High Park FC Red and Boo IS. Boroughmuir Thistle Football Club 2 continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 9. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Örby IS 2 with 0-2. In the Final, IF Väster 1 won over Azalea BK 1 and became the winner of Play off B in Girls 12.
