Wisseltofta IF

Wisseltofta IF was one of 421 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2017. They participated with one team in Boys 11. In addition to Wisseltofta IF, 129 other teams from 28 different countries played in Boys 11. They were divided into 32 different groups, whereof Wisseltofta IF could be found in Group 30 together with JSC Pitray-Olier Paris Blue, IK Zenith 3 and Old Benonians Football Club. Wisseltofta IF continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 30. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against SV.West-Eimsbüttel with 1-3. In the Final, Prep School Pumas 2 won over Gauldal Fotballklubb and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 11. Wisseltofta comes from Wisseltofta which lies approximately 190 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Wisseltofta does also provide 10 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2017 (IFK Osby, Markaryds IF, IFK Hässleholm, Råstorp/Timsfors IF, Älmhults IF, IFK Knislinge, FC Hessleholm, Vittsjö GIK, Vinslövs IF and Hässleholms IF).
