IF Elfsborg

In addition to IF Elfsborg, 194 other teams from 42 different countries played in Boys 12. They were divided into 48 different groups, whereof IF Elfsborg could be found in Group 43 together with ADC Proença-a-Nova, Akatlar Football Academy and Spånga IS FK 2. IF Elfsborg continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 43. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against IF Brommapojkarna with 2-5. In the Final, Pumas Oro, Monterrey won over Azzurri and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 12.
