Greve Fodbold

Greve Fodbold was one of 13 clubs from Denmark that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2016. They participated with one team in Girls 15. In addition to Greve Fodbold, 115 other teams from 12 different countries played in Girls 15. They were divided into 28 different groups, whereof Greve Fodbold could be found in Group 27 together with Morön BK, Lindome GIF and ÖV United. Greve Fodbold continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 27. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against SK Haugar with 5-6. In the Final, ASD Femminile Inter Milano won over SK Haugar and became the winner of Play off A in Girls 15. Greve Fodbold also participated in Girls 14 during Gothia Cup 2015. They reached the 1/8 Final in G14 Play off A, but lost it against Lindö FF Norrköping with 0-1. Greve Fodbold comes from GREVE which lies approximately 240 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around GREVE does also provide two additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2016 (Ballerup-Skovlunde Fodbold and Hellerup IK).
