They were divided into 46 different groups, whereof KF/Dalvik 2 could be found in Group 38 together with Smedby BoIK, Tromsø IL 2 and Viborg FF. KF/Dalvik 2 continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 38. In the playoff they made it to 1/64 Final, but lost it against Pateadores SC with 3-4. In the Final, Cayyolu FC won over Hong Kong FC and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 16.
