Zamwill

Zamwill was one of three clubs from Zambia that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2016. They participated with one team in Girls 15. In addition to Zamwill, 115 other teams from 11 different countries played in Girls 15. They were divided into 28 different groups, whereof Zamwill could be found in Group 26 together with Vänersborgs IF, Forsby FF and DFK Värmbol. Zamwill continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 26. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against IF Brommapojkarna with 2-5. In the Final, ASD Femminile Inter Milano won over SK Haugar and became the winner of Play off A in Girls 15. Other than Zamwill, the club Rockets FC does also originate from the area around .
