PFC Botev

PFC Botev was one of two clubs from Common.Nation.From.BG that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2016. They participated with one team in Boys 15. In addition to PFC Botev, 224 other teams from 34 different countries played in Boys 15. They were divided into 55 different groups, whereof PFC Botev could be found in Group 19 together with Stångebro United, Eds FF and Nordstrand IF 1. PFC Botev continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 19. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against ASIOP Apacinti with 3-5. In the Final, ASIOP Apacinti won over IF Elfsborg and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 15. PFC Botev comes from 1 Ivan Vazov Blvd which lies approximately 2000 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place.
