Real Football Academy

Real Football Academy was one of 9 clubs from India that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2016. They participated with one team in Boys 18. In addition to Real Football Academy, 98 other teams from 30 different countries played in Boys 18. They were divided into 24 different groups, whereof Real Football Academy could be found in Group 17 together with Sangre Chilena FC, FK Fjellhamar and Sturehov, IK. Real Football Academy continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 17. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against San Diego Football Academy with 0-1. In the Final, AS Poissy won over Club Paris Mexico and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 18. Real Football Academy comes from Delhi which lies approximately 5900 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. Other than Real Football Academy, the club Delhi Dynamos FC does also originate from the area around Delhi.
