Cayyolu FC

Cayyolu FC was one of three clubs from Türkiye that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2016. They participated with one team in Boys 16. In addition to Cayyolu FC, 186 other teams from 37 different countries played in Boys 16. They were divided into 46 different groups, whereof Cayyolu FC could be found in Group 41 together with Mjällby AIF, Eton College and Lillestrøm SK 1. Cayyolu FC made it to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 41. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against Hong Kong FC, which they won with 4-1. Thereby Cayyolu FC won the entire Play off B in Boys 16 during Gothia Cup 2016. Cayyolu FC also participated in Boys 15 during Gothia Cup 2015. They reached the 1/64 Final in B15 Play off A, but lost it against Boo FF with 0-4. Cayyolu FC comes from Ankara which lies approximately 2500 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place.
