In addition to the two Staffanstorps GIF teams, 223 other teams from 35 different countries played in Boys 15. They were divided into 55 different groups, whereof Staffanstorps GIF 1 could be found in Group 7 together with International School of Kenya, IFK Viksjö and SSV Buchholz 1922 e.V.. Staffanstorps GIF 1 continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 7. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Onsala BK 1 with 9-10. In the Final, ASIOP Apacinti won over IF Elfsborg and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 15. Staffanstorps GIF also participated in Boys 14 during Gothia Cup 2015.
