In addition to the two KF/Dalvik teams, 185 other teams from 38 different countries played in Boys 16. They were divided into 46 different groups, whereof KF/Dalvik 1 could be found in Group 34 together with SK Djerv 1919 2, Gorge Soccer Association and Kungsängens IF. KF/Dalvik 1 continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 34. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against TSC Wellingsbüttel with 5-6. In the Final, Cayyolu FC won over Hong Kong FC and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 16.
