FC Tiigrid

FC Tiigrid was one of 7 clubs from Estonia that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2016. They participated with one team in Boys 12. In addition to FC Tiigrid, 194 other teams from 42 different countries played in Boys 12. They were divided into 48 different groups, whereof FC Tiigrid could be found in Group 45 together with BK Forward, Jönköpings Södra IF 1 and KGS Wittmund. FC Tiigrid continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 45. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Aspire Jordan FC with 3-6. In the Final, JSSL Arsenal Singapore won over Barkarö SK 2 and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 12. FC Tiigrid comes from Tallinn which lies approximately 760 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Tallinn does also provide three additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2016 (M. Reim Football School, TJK Legion Tallinn and FC Ajax - Tallinn).
