BVH Fotball

BVH Fotball was one of 42 clubs from Norway that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2016. They participated with one team in Boys 16. In addition to BVH Fotball, 186 other teams from 38 different countries played in Boys 16. They were divided into 46 different groups, whereof BVH Fotball could be found in Group 8 together with Eimsbütteler TV, IFK Viksjö and FC Santos. BVH Fotball continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 8. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Cayyolu FC with 0-1. In the Final, Cayyolu FC won over Hong Kong FC and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 16. BVH Fotball comes from Bærum which lies approximately 250 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Bærum does also provide 14 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2016 (Among others: Lørenskog IF, Follo FK, IF Tyristubben, Nordstrand IF, Oppsal IF, Lillestrøm SK, Rælingen FK, Bærum SK, Fornebu FK and FK Fjellhamar).
