In addition to Aalborg Chang, 224 other teams from 35 different countries played in Boys 15. They were divided into 55 different groups, whereof Aalborg Chang could be found in Group 5 together with AIK FF P01U, JSG Mitte NF and Onsala BK 1. Aalborg Chang continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/64 Final, but lost it against AFK Linköping Svart with 4-6. In the Final, Stångebro United won over Sandarna BK and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 15. Aalborg Chang also participated in Boys 14 during Gothia Cup 2015.
