Limay Ville

Limay Ville was one of 21 clubs from France that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2016. They participated with one team in Girls 16. In addition to Limay Ville, 80 other teams from 12 different countries played in Girls 16. They were divided into 20 different groups, whereof Limay Ville could be found in Group 20 together with IFK Nyköping/Hargs BK, Centern, IF and Sunderby SK. Limay Ville continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 20. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against St. Paul Blackhawks 2 with 0-2. In the Final, Tromsø IL won over Norrstrands IF and became the winner of Play off B in Girls 16. Limay Ville comes from LIMAY which lies approximately 1200 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around LIMAY does also provide four additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2016 (FC Rueil Malmaison, AS Poissy, FC Saint Cloud and Fc Franconville PB).
