IK Arvika Fotboll

IK Arvika Fotboll was one of 468 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2016. They participated with one team in Girls 15. In addition to IK Arvika Fotboll, 115 other teams from 12 different countries played in Girls 15. They were divided into 28 different groups, whereof IK Arvika Fotboll could be found in Group 22 together with Prior Lake Soccer Club, Matfors IF, FC Djursholm and Torup/Rydö FF. IK Arvika Fotboll continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 22. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Kristianstad DFF with 1-4. In the Final, ASD Femminile Inter Milano won over SK Haugar and became the winner of Play off A in Girls 15. Arvika comes from ARVIKA which lies approximately 220 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place.
