FISA Jordan

FISA Jordan was one of five clubs from Jordan that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2016. They participated with one team in Boys 12. In addition to FISA Jordan, 194 other teams from 42 different countries played in Boys 12. They were divided into 48 different groups, whereof FISA Jordan could be found in Group 48 together with Vejby IF, Kungsbacka IF 2 and KSV Klein-Karben 2. FISA Jordan continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 48. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Jönköpings Södra IF 2 with 2-4. In the Final, JSSL Arsenal Singapore won over Barkarö SK 2 and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 12. FISA Jordan comes from Amman which lies approximately 3400 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Amman does also provide four additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2016 (Academy of Baghdad, Jordan Knights FA, Al-Ahli SC and Aspire Jordan FC).
