Oden, IK

Oden, IK was one of 468 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2016. They participated with one team in Boys 15. In addition to Oden, IK, 224 other teams from 35 different countries played in Boys 15. They were divided into 55 different groups, whereof Oden, IK could be found in Group 51 together with Ekerö IK, Weiche e.V., ETSV and Sandarna BK. Oden, IK continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 51. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Fässbergs IF with 2-3. In the Final, Stångebro United won over Sandarna BK and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 15. Oden, comes from Västerås which lies approximately 340 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Västerås does also provide 18 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2016 (Among others: BK Sport, Skiljebo SK, IK Viljan, Irsta IF, Västerås IK, Forsby FF, Ekeby/Rytterne, Romfartuna GIF, Eskilstuna City FK and IF Pluss).
