In addition to Accademia I.C., 194 other teams from 42 different countries played in Boys 12. They were divided into 48 different groups, whereof Accademia I.C. could be found in Group 39 together with Lindome GIF 1, Husie IF 2 and PASS Abu Dhabi. Accademia I.C. continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 39. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against IF Brommapojkarna with 1-2. In the Final, Pumas Oro, Monterrey won over Azzurri and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 12.
