PASS Abu Dhabi

PASS Abu Dhabi was one of 10 clubs from United Arab Emirates that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2016. They participated with one team in Boys 12. In addition to PASS Abu Dhabi, 194 other teams from 41 different countries played in Boys 12. They were divided into 48 different groups, whereof PASS Abu Dhabi could be found in Group 39 together with Lindome GIF 1, Accademia I.C. and Husie IF 2. PASS Abu Dhabi continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 39. In the playoff they made it to 1/64 Final, but lost it against Älvsjö AIK FF 2 with 2-3. In the Final, JSSL Arsenal Singapore won over Barkarö SK 2 and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 12. PASS Abu Dhabi comes from Abu Dhabi which lies approximately 5000 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Abu Dhabi does also provide two additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2016 (Abu Dhabi Youth FC and EFF Abu Dhabi).
