SF Ippendorf

SF Ippendorf was one of 65 clubs from Germany that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2016. They participated with one team in Boys 12. In addition to SF Ippendorf, 194 other teams from 42 different countries played in Boys 12. They were divided into 48 different groups, whereof SF Ippendorf could be found in Group 26 together with A.S. México, Jonsereds IF 2 and Enebybergs IF 2. SF Ippendorf continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 26. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Åkarps IF with 0-4. In the Final, JSSL Arsenal Singapore won over Barkarö SK 2 and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 12. SF Ippendorf comes from Bonn which lies approximately 840 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. Other than SF Ippendorf, the club SC 13 Bad Neuenahr does also originate from the area around Bonn.
