In addition to SSV Buchholz 1922 e.V., 48 other teams from 9 different countries played in Girls 18. They were divided into 12 different groups, whereof SSV Buchholz 1922 e.V. could be found in Group 5 together with Hammarby IF DFF, FC Ajax - Tallinn and Vallens IF. SSV Buchholz 1922 e.V. continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Greensboro United with 0-6. In the Final, IFK Örby won over Smedby AIS and became the winner of Play off B in Girls 18.
