Dundalk Schoolboys League

Dundalk Schoolboys League was one of three clubs from Ireland that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2016. They participated with one team in Boys 16. In addition to Dundalk Schoolboys League, 186 other teams from 37 different countries played in Boys 16. They were divided into 46 different groups, whereof Dundalk Schoolboys League could be found in Group 19 together with Karlbergs BK, Heath & Regents Park FC and Alexandria Sporting Club. Dundalk Schoolboys League continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 19. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Las Vegas Sports Academy with 0-10. In the Final, Las Vegas Sports Academy won over ED Moratalaz and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 16. Dundalk Schoolboys League comes from Dundalk which lies approximately 1200 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place.
