Stuvsta IF

Stuvsta IF was one of 468 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2016. They participated with one team in Boys 13. In addition to Stuvsta IF, 137 other teams from 32 different countries played in Boys 13. They were divided into 34 different groups, whereof Stuvsta IF could be found in Group 25 together with FC Bangkok, TuS Komet Arsten and BK Häcken 1. Stuvsta IF continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 25. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Oppsal IF 1 with 0-1. In the Final, CA Intercups Mexico won over Topskor Indonesia and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 13. Stuvsta comes from Huddinge which lies approximately 390 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Huddinge does also provide 65 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2016 (Among others: IFK Lidingö FK, Boo FF, Boo IS, Bollstanäs SK, Hammarby IF DFF, Saltsjö-Boo IF, Enskede IK, Årsta FF, Rönninge Salem Fotboll and IF Brommapojkarna).
