Follo FK

Follo FK was one of 42 clubs from Norway that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2016. They participated with one team in Boys 16. In addition to Follo FK, 186 other teams from 38 different countries played in Boys 16. They were divided into 46 different groups, whereof Follo FK could be found in Group 21 together with ASL SC, Ramlösa Södra FF and Charterhouse School. Follo FK continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 21. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against FK Lillehammer with 4-5. In the Final, Las Vegas Sports Academy won over ED Moratalaz and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 16. Follo FK comes from Ski which lies approximately 230 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Ski does also provide 15 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2016 (Among others: Lørenskog IF, Nordstrand IF, Oppsal IF, Lillestrøm SK, Rælingen FK, Bærum SK, Rapid Athene, Fornebu FK, FK Fjellhamar and Skjetten SK).
