Team Viborg

Team Viborg was one of 19 clubs from Denmark that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2015. They participated with one team in Gothia Tipselit Trophy (G17). In addition to Team Viborg, 15 other teams from 5 different countries played in Gothia Tipselit Trophy (G17). They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Team Viborg could be found in Group 3 together with Eskilstuna United DFF, Umeå IK FF and Chelsea FC. Team Viborg continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against FC Rosengård with 0-1. In the Final, FC Rosengård won over Eskilstuna United DFF and became the winner of Play off A in Gothia Tipselit Trophy (G17). Team Viborg comes from Søndersøvej 70 which lies approximately 280 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Søndersøvej 70 does also provide three additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2015 (BK Marienlyst, Team Tommerup and Søndersø BK).
